You have tinnitus. A whistling, buzzing, a sound no one else can hear. MyStatera is a tool to help you live with it, built by people who know exactly what we're talking about.
MODEL YOUR TINNITUS
You adjust the parameters yourself: frequency, bandwidth, intensity, texture, and distribution between the left and right ears. You fine-tune it until you get a sound close to what you actually hear.
From this model, MyStatera generates a cover sound tailored to your profile. While listening, your tinnitus becomes less noticeable. You can use it in the evening, when falling asleep, or in moments when silence is oppressive.
TRACK YOUR LISTENING SESSIONS
Every day, the app asks you a single question: How are you feeling today? You answer with a gesture, by tapping one of the five emojis. It takes three seconds. No forms, no text to write.
Your listening history is there whenever you need it. You'll find your sessions there: what sound, when, how long, with summaries by day, week, and month.
YOUR DATA
MyStatera is free to download and use. An optional subscription is available for more features, but you're under no obligation. No account, no name, no email address: your username is generated locally on your phone. No ads. No data resale.
WHY THIS APP EXISTS
I've had tinnitus since 2011. I built MyStatera because I was looking for a tool like this and it didn't exist. Every feature comes from the lived experience of people affected, not from a marketing brief.
MyStatera won't make your tinnitus disappear, and I'll never promise you that. What I can promise you is an honest, carefully crafted tool that evolves with feedback from its users.
