Ratings and reviews

In general I like the app. They could definitely have more games, not just variety but amount of. But earnings are good. My only problems I'm having right now are: all of a sudden, my active games aren't showing ANYWHERE. Absolutely no way to find or access them through the app, which is needed to track/earn. #2 0 COMMUNICATION. I've emailed multiple times and upon going through my email, I found the only email from them is from registration - YEARS ago.. would give better rating if resolved

I have been waiting for a reply from customer service for a couple of weeks now regarding a game I started playing. it literally took away all my progress and reset as if I hadn't downloaded through the app at all! Then I started a new game and the progress hasn't shifted in nearly a week. The app has potential, but if customer service isn't doing anything to resolve issues, then the app is a useless waste of time.

First 3 months were great, I'm a stay at home mom. I would play and save up for when we needed a little extra to make it to pay day. I've made over $100 in that time, however this past month they've withheld $35 from me, they don't answer emails, games are sketchy and half the link doesnt work. I'm trying to cash out the money I have now and it keeps saying error and now I can't log in to my account. Hope this helps.
