I really love this app—it's clear the developer puts a lot of thought into features and makes it helpful for folks with POTS. I have a couple suggestions. 1 Being able to edit past symptom logs would be nice. 2 The exercise page is cool, though day one requires equipment (exercise bike) so it would be nice to be able to choose a "no equipment" option. It follows a daily plan, but flare ups can disrupt, so maybe instead have a selection of varying exercises based on how well you feel that day.

This is great for anyone with POTS. I loved the setting when I could check my stats. It provides charts and graphs, which was very handy when going to doctor appointments. Unfortunately that just changed and I can't seem to be able to get my graphs anymore however it now gives you an average for your sodium and hydration intake. Which is nice, but I do miss the charts already.

Hi Tatiana. Sorry about the change that took away the charts. I changed it to stay compliant with Google. I also thought the new view would make it easier for users to compare their data over time. If you send an email to contact.potsie@gmail.com, I'd be happy to make a new feature to hep with your doctor appointments.

This app is a lifesaver! It tracks daily water & salt intake, so now I don't have to think about it - and I'm doing so much better cause I'm adequately hydrated & salted. I upgraded to the custom buttons & highly recommend doing the same. Thanks for a great app!

Glad to hear the app is helping. Since you mentioned you're using custom buttons, I just released a change last night that lets you change the icons for your buttons. If you download the latest release via the Google Play store, you will have access to the new feature.

What’s new

This release changes when users see the model informing them that there are custom buttons for the hydration in sodium tiles.
