On 02/01/2026, when I logged into my trading account, I found that the balance including the profits was missing. I contacted support by opening a ticket, and they replied that the issue had been resolved and the deposit was made!!!!!!!!! However, they did not credit the second transaction, and on top of that, they took my profit balance. Sir?!

I am giving this trading platform 2 stars because I faced many difficulties with deposits and withdrawals. The process takes a lot of time and there are frequent issues with transactions. It does not feel safe to use, as payments sometimes get delayed or stuck. Overall, my experience has not been satisfactory due to these problems.
