On 02/01/2026, when I logged into my trading account, I found that the balance including the profits was missing. I contacted support by opening a ticket, and they replied that the issue had been resolved and the deposit was made!!!!!!!!! However, they did not credit the second transaction, and on top of that, they took my profit balance. Sir?!

I regret downloading the Qxbroker app. At first, it seemed like a decent trading platform, but after using it for a while, I realized how unreliable it really is. The app crashes constantly, prices lag behind real market movements, and trades don’t always execute when you click — which can cause serious losses.

I used this trading app and requested a $20 withdrawal. The app claimed that withdrawals would be processed within 48 hours, but it has been a long time and the withdrawal is still pending. I contacted the support team multiple times, but they are not responding at all. I also tried reaching the team directly, but no reply has been received. This experience has seriously reduced my trust in the app. Please improve your withdrawal system and customer support
