Relay is available to invited members of organizations using the Relay incident response platform. An organization administrator provisions access. The app does not sell subscriptions or create new organizations.
Critical alerts and other special notification access are optional device settings. When special access is unavailable, Relay continues with the delivery channels configured by your organization, including ordinary push, SMS, or voice where available.
