Bank fee: ₱95
Disbursed amount: ₱10,000 (Borrowed Amount) - ₱750 (Processing Fee) - ₱95 (Bank Fee) = ₱9,155
Total Amount Payable: ₱10,150
Total Cost of Loan: ₱10,000(Principal) + ₱150 (Interest ) + ₱750 (Processing fee) + ₱95 (Bank Fee) = ₱10,995

I tried applying for the first time and it was canceled but I was also given an amount that I can loan based on their review. Tried again for three more times using my Nov payslip, all canceled due to "blurry payslip" and I can't apply for a week. Tried again after a week, immediately canceled due to "small take-home net pay". The funny part? I changed my payslip from Nov to Dec, and suddenly they're able to view it with no problem despite both having the same quality. Yeah, okay. Sure.

Before, the app was good and smooth when applying for a loan. However, now it has become worse. Even after your loan application gets approved, you are required to review it again and enter an OTP that is supposed to be sent via SMS. Unfortunately, the OTP takes 2 to 3 hours to arrive. In the end, you are unable to receive the approved loan amount because of the delay. It’s very frustrating.

If I can personally rate this app, it would be zero. Customer Service is NO help at all. They cannot simply understand what my concerns are. I contacted them via email and provided a DETAILED explanation for almost 2 weeks and I keep reiterating my concerns. They don't offer accurate solutions, they just keep repeating the solutions from the previous rep and they say that they will contact me via call and until now, I haven't received any, not even a text.
