the customer service is nice, and fast, very easy to use, discounts for free, and 50% for some places, and you can pay later, its pretty good, been using it for 2 years, nothing to complain about, would've been nice if they added more vouchers for more apps, all streaming apps are that you can buy vouchers for suck, so please add more other than netflix because netflix is the only good one.

Digital banking experience with a "mandatory" visit to the nearest branch to sign documents and take the card.. They didn't mention that at beginning, they mentioned that after paying card fees. When I asked for refunding card fees and unregister me, they refused. They don't have a cancelation/refund policy, huh..

lost all my money, I can't log in. your log in interface says something went wrong whenever I try to login or recover my password I lost all my money with no obvious reason beware my friends don't use that platform.
