downloaded the app but the fingerprint recognition is bugged it allowed me to enter through a code. but I was never able to enable 2FA with the fingerprint and support never solved it . which is a shame since some functionality is restricted and can only be used with a working fingerprint sensor. Every other app on my phone uses the fingerprint sensor just fine so it's an app issue... switched to another app.

I suspect this is a scam. They ask a lot of private questions that allows them to invade your personal finances. They take your biometrics. And give them to Persona, which could volunteer your private info elsewhere. Now, assuming you don't care about your privacy and your financial info, the "1 day verification" can take 2 WEEKS despite putting you as a "priority ticket". You then ask to cancel everything MANY TIMES and have all of your info deleted they ask to "contact support". Infinite loop.

They have not replied to the email. First, they said that it is fully available in Pakistan, but now they are not responding. Kindly, if you do not want to verify it or manually review it, then please process it with me and delete my account.I also have the chat screenshots with me.
