I've been trying for months to cancel subscription. Getting redirected. I tried the method that you said and google helpfully tells me that I have no subscriptions, even though I can log into the app and am getting billed for it.

Hi Alexis, To cancel your subscription go to settings on the pp and tap on "Premium" this will redirect you to the Google Play section where subscriptions are managed. Alternatively have a look at the link below https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid

I would love to give a better review but I couldn't recover my password nor create a new account with a different non registered email; for all it showed an "internet connection" error.
