Everything that is advertised requires an upcharge. If you want this app just take a $20 bill out and burn it, you will be more satisfied by the beauty of those flames than the required upcharges! Edit after being given a $10.00 refund... You have a great business model. $10.00 for misleading people! I learned a lot from Finelo in 20 minutes! Find a way to screw people... Keep $10.00 and give them access to a platform that offers nothing that is advertised! Genius! I'll delete the app

This is a complete scam. Immediately charged for the trial period subscription, then I was double charged for some AI add-on to the tune of $80. Then when you actually download the app, I was Immediately charged an additional $27 for another "premium subscription". So $113 later, I can't login to the app. Customer service refunded me $40, but their, "guide to screwing over consumers" doesn't allow any additional refunds for useless services. Their ads are extremely misleading and very deceiving.

UPDATE...Finelo responded to my email and issued a 50% refund. I felt that was a fair compromise.** I'm sure that parts of the app are just fine, but not the company. If they charge your account the 39.99, they're keeping it no matter what. Just make sure that you are very clear about the details in their terms. I misunderstood their terms,and emailed them as soon as I noticed the charge, and they refused to refund me, even though I only used their app for one day.
