RIPOFF - I paid the activation fee, entered my Playlist credentials and it wouldn't load. I contacted customer care and was told my Playlist was "too heavy"!!! I requested a refund snd was told I didn't pay them....so who did I pay and how do I get my money back??

App crashes everytime and takes between 5-10 mins to access content initially. I don't mind the wait as much but the constant crashing is a pain. I do not recommend it

It's working perfectly. No crash nothing. Even the loading time isn't bad. I have been using the app on my phone and TV both working as smooth as expected
