Beesnote is your external memory — tasks, routines, notes, journal, calendar and the people you care about, in one app, all searchable.

Information arrives faster than anyone can file it. Beesnote gives every kind of thing its own clearly marked place, so capturing takes seconds and finding it again takes one search. If that is what living with ADHD feels like, that was the design brief.

■ TO-DO
Checklists with priorities, time estimates, start dates and due dates. Group related tasks, pull what matters into today's list, and clear everything you finished in one go.

■ ROUTINES
Daily, weekly, every other week, monthly or yearly routines, with streaks and a two-week history strip so you can watch the habit form.

■ CALENDAR
A weekly agenda for the day in front of you, and a monthly grid that counts the events, tasks and routines on every date. Tag your journal entries and see which days they fall on.

■ NOTES
Make your own tabs — ideas, references, shopping, whatever you need — and fill them with text and list blocks. Drag to reorder, or move a block to another tab.

■ JOURNAL
Close the day with a wrap-up: write down what happened, tag it, and decide what to do with whatever you did not finish — later, tomorrow, or drop it.

■ PEOPLE
Birthdays, anniversaries, and the things you keep forgetting about someone. You pick which milestones matter — a 100th day, a 10th anniversary, a 60th birthday — instead of the app guessing. Lunar dates supported. Draw family trees, org charts and friend groups, and name what connects each pair.

■ SEARCH
One search box across tasks, routines, events, journal, notes and people — titles, descriptions, body text and tags.

■ REMINDERS
Alerts at the time you set. All-day things — anniversaries, all-day events, what is due today — arrive as a single morning digest instead of a pile of separate notifications.

Write the lines you want to keep in front of you, and Beesnote rotates them at the top of the Today tab — daily, hourly, or every time you open the app.

■ SYNC ACROSS DEVICES
Keep your phone and tablet in step. Everything goes to your own Google Drive, into a private folder only this app can open — there is no Beesnote server, and no one else can read it. Off until you turn it on. (Android and iPhone do not sync with each other; move between them with a backup file.)

■ ALSO
Dark mode. English, Korean and Japanese. Back up everything to one file and restore it on a new phone.
