Although they were very helpful and could "take with us" the subscription from city to city (very handy indeed), the app needs some fixing. Limited parking all over Florence I can understand. But as soon as you have rent a scooter you CANNOT see in the map the parking spots. So we went around a long ride and then felt trapped and could not stop to enjoy, because we could not park anywhere. ANYWHERE!

The app is not good et al. I have tried to insert 5 euro and it kept showing erros...All of a sudden it appeared a balance of 10 euro (it appeared twice the credit of 5). The company does not want to refund me for the credit not used even If I'am a tourist and live abroad, not having an opportunity to use the credit in the account. Horrible custumer service. I would never use it again when go back to Italy.
