Although they were very helpful and could "take with us" the subscription from city to city (very handy indeed), the app needs some fixing. Limited parking all over Florence I can understand. But as soon as you have rent a scooter you CANNOT see in the map the parking spots. So we went around a long ride and then felt trapped and could not stop to enjoy, because we could not park anywhere. ANYWHERE!

This is probably the worst experience I've had in a mobility sharing app. I'd say this is almost a scam. Basically, if you want to end the rental, the app stop responding. U can't stop the rental, and you keep paying. The help desk will never answer and there is nothing you can do. Moreover, when finally you manage to end the rental, after 2/3 minutes it asks you for a photo of the scooter. This is simply ridiculous, I'll try the competitors for sure!
