Candy simply-Fi App allows you to communicate with your appliance. Beside assisting in carrying out daily activities "Candy simply-Fi" increases functionality making your product or the set of products more intelligent and performing.

To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)

Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.

With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

I'm happy with my washing machine but the app makes me wish I bought a different brand. It's slow, littered with useless features and lacks features that would actually be useful to have such as smart home integration. Whenever I open the app, it needs to search for the appliance for about 30 seconds, after which it'd often detect it to be still doing the previous wash cycle even if it's not. Also it keeps opening annoying popups to rate the app even if you refuse to, so here's your review.

The app but I'd say whole service works very poorly. During the setup they ask you to use a wifi password without special chars. Security wise this is ridiculous. It's not working using mobile network. Only if your phone is connected to the same wifi of the dishwasher you might see it online but it almost never receives the commands. On the same network there are devices of different brands working perfectly fine. It's not related to wifi network. It the service (app, servers) simply not working

Terrible app. Doesn't even derserve 1 star. I've been struggling since I bought my washing machine 3 years back to add it on this app, and it doesn't add. I thought it would work today. I was hopeful that perhaps they'd sorted out whatever was wrong by now, but clearly not. It's just still a useless app. Why market this when your app doesn't even work. Where can I find a manual on how to use this machine? I'm trying to get it to do a soak before it's starts the cycle?
