App installs and runs great for a short time. Within a few hours it crashes when attempting to launch. After crashing, the only way to recover is to uninstall and reinstall. I have tried rebooting my device but the App continues to crash until reinstalled. I have also tried turning off Notifications and Allow App to Draw Over (the only two app options turned on by default). That seems to slow down the frequency of the crashes, but they eventually recur within 24 hours. Not stable enough to depend on. Device is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with all current Android updates. Haven't had any crashes since I installed about a month ago. Great app when you compare it to likes of WeMo garbage or DLink. I mostly don't use the app as I control via Alexa. I really only use it to change schedule of my devices. Keep up the great work!
I have same problem with app before. Maybe need to update file which you download by link in barcode on instruction wich came with device. After uninstall and reinstall it again from Google play store it work great. Thank you!
App installed and ran great for a day. Then the app started to crash repeatedly. Eventually I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. So far that seems to have fixed the problem. Tuya states the lights can connect to my Google Home but I am unable to connect them. This is one of the main reasons I bought them. The timer should be able to turn on the lights to a specific color and turn on the lights and slowly make them brighter simulating the sunrise. This should be a basic feature. Nexus 6P
Downloaded new version to try to fix crashes, now it won't let me select the option to use Amazon Echo. Makes it worthless to me.
Crashes and does not work. No way to control their devices. Horrible
