What you can do

• Plans – Create, duplicate, and update workout plans organized by day. Set sets, reps, recovery times, and technique suggestions.
• Workouts – Add workouts to your calendar: import exercises from plans or build your session on the fly. Quickly record sets, loads, reps, and notes.
• Measurements – Quickly track and update your weight and circumference.
• PT (Personal Trainer) – Manage your clients: assign plans and exercises and monitor their progress.
