Ratings and reviews

It's impossible to setup a different language from the system. I don't need assistant, I need an app that let me select the interface language independently from the system. Unicredit's app does that.

it is not possible to change the credit card balance from the app and if you want to increase it you muss contact support via chat and answer many questions. you need to fix thix bug

Absolutely not. I have waited to leave an honest review and test the app first, but it's a complete downgrade from the previous one, I don't understand why we were obligated to change it? The layout might be a hit better, but it's slower, 7 times out of 10 I'm not able to access my prepaid cards, with a prompt saying I will be able to shortly. Edit its been 2 weeks and although I can access my prepaid cards, I can't recharge them, and I even contacted support with no avail. This is unbelievable
