I've been trying to activate the app for two days now, but I keep getting the same message: “Security checks are in progress. At this moment, it is not possible to access the ING app. Please try again later.” I cannot access my account because the website requires app activation, yet I can’t activate the app without logging in. I also do not wish to pay €0.50 per month for a basic service that should be included. If this is not resolved promptly, I will close my account and move to another bank

Translation to "Engrish" is completely broken, can't choose a language and defaults to the device, but still shows a lot of Italian parts. Raised the concern to the bank some time ago with no response.

Absolutely not. I have waited to leave an honest review and test the app first, but it's a complete downgrade from the previous one, I don't understand why we were obligated to change it? The layout might be a hit better, but it's slower, 7 times out of 10 I'm not able to access my prepaid cards, with a prompt saying I will be able to shortly. Edit its been 2 weeks and although I can access my prepaid cards, I can't recharge them, and I even contacted support with no avail. This is unbelievable
