Welcome to the companion App of the Rome Electric Service Customer Area.
Wherever you are you can communicate the self-reading of the meter or know when to do it, consult the consumption of your supplies and pay your bills by credit card, even through a simple photo.
HOW TO USE THE APP:
• If you are a registered customer on https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it use the same email and password to access the application.
• If you are not yet registered on https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it, you can do it from the website or via the App.
We remind you that to use all the features available on the App, you must first associate the users with your profile within the web Customer Area.
APP FEATURES:
Self-reading
• To send us the meter reading and have a bill in line with your actual consumption
Contract settings
• Web bill: to receive the bill directly in your email box, on the day of its issue by eliminating the hard copy and making an ecological choice
• Domiciliation service: to activate or modify the debit of your bills directly on your current account
Consumption and readings
• To view your consumption trends and consult the history of your meter readings
Invoices and payments
• To always have a practical archive of your bills at hand, know their status and be able to pay those due by credit card
Notifications
• To monitor the status of your requests
Pay your bill with a photo
• To pay a bill, even if not in your name, by taking a photo of the QR code or barcode on the bill attached to the invoice
