Ratings and reviews

Amazing RLDB game with deep mechanics and some absolutely bonkers challenges. One feature that I have noticed and love is that the card picks after battles TEND to be weighted towards synergies with things already in your deck. It doesn't guarantee anything, but it does make it easier to build with a cohesive strategy in mind. Friendly warning: some bosses are able to apply penalties that are permanent, so don't dawdle; kill them quick or pay the price.

I am super addicted to this game. If you're a fan of rougelikes I highly recommend this one. It's easy enough to pick up and play to start but gets steadily more challenging as you progress. There's quite a bit of randomness (skill and card availability, luck of the draw, etc) which can make even normal difficulty challenging at times. The ads are pretty awful but after two days I spent the $11 and it's totally worth it. There's a ton of content and replayability for $11, don't be cheap.

Enjoyable and quirky. The classes that I've unlocked feel fun and different from each other. The custom mods to move were a little annoying at first, but that was a balance thing I eventually learned to live with. Update, I still play this game years later and they just keep making it more interesting with new modes and classes and enemies. Thank you, very satisfied.
