One of the worse network ever in Italy . Always network issue. Internet speed very slow. Even if you can't use what's app properly. They deducte extra cost of your monthly package. For example if your monthly cost the package is 8.99 they charge 10 to 11 euro per month. If you recharge online 10 euro top up. You must have to buy online 11 euro credit for the mobile topup. I am sorry but I am thinking to move on another network. Help line call customer service is more than worse.

Too many ads, eerily trying to get you hooked up on gambling for no reason, can't separate the app needed to know your phone plan's perks from the many invasive, persistent ads pestering you to "play and see if you won today!" I used to like the app, I don't know what happened to it... There are good ways to give you bonus points and perks and reward clients, and then there's... This. It's a truly awful, horrible experience on any possible aspect. I wish there was a third party alternative app.

I don't know what's worse, the app or the carrier. I'm supposed to have the 5G incleded in my offer, but it didn't occur even once since September. The app keeps taking my credit even though I do not use anything outside my offer. Even though I put the language setting on English, it still displays half of the things on Italian. Good for learning Italian, bad if you want to have anything done in a timely matter. All in all, very disappointed. Will be changing my operator for sure.
