My experience is exactly the same as Steve Harriman's There's No app called iTagPro. this is pretty much the only information that's included. So, cannot get anything to download for it. So, that means I cannot get the device to work. I am sending it back! When I ordered it online I ordered one. they charged me for 4. I went through 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to get this corrected fortunately I used PayPal. They have a good idea but a bad product.

it took a while to get the iTagPro, which apparently had to clear customs. As far as instructions, they are minimal and of no use. It appears another app must be installed (possibly purchased) in order for the device to be used! Without further investigation, I rate this as useless junk and wish I had never purchased it. I wish I had looked to see where it was made (not in the United States).

Instructions very limited and inaccurate. No image of app icon so you can't be sure if you are downloading the correct app. Instructions say to push "add" to link to Bluetooth but app doesn't have that option. Instructions say if you don't hear the beep when linking to go to the map tab but it doesn't exist. When linking to Bluetooth, 7 devices showed up but there is no way to tell which one is the ItagPro.
