Not consistent on timing but the worse part is that their customer service team is as good as not being there. I made a booking, the rerpesentatives were over an hour late but only came after I called. No follow up, no update, nothing to keep the customer informed. And when the team finally arrived, they came with a broken and non-operational vacuum cleaner and no essential equipment even though I paid extra to book cleaning with material.

Worst app ever! I booked for a 4pm cleaning. Left work at 3:30pm to arrive at 4pm. Called them at 4:09pm and they said they will check, no call back. Called them again at 4:30m. The cleaning professional arrived at 4:45pm, wasn't the same lady in the profile (different nationality altogether). She was moving with unease and not fit for the job and couldn't absorb instructions easily. They use other companies, it's just an app they don't have their own cleaners. People need to know this
