There is no worse app than this. I can't figure out how a bank's internet banking is so bad. There has been no update for the past one and a half years. Can't login, can't access the app even though the internet connection is good. It just says server error or server not connected. OTP doesn't come on time. The interface is very slow. When I contact the bank's customer care, they can't provide any solution, they just parrot like "sir sorry for your temporary problem"

​"The 'Shadhin' app hasn't received any updates since May 2024, which is quite disappointing for a digital banking service. It's also risky for a banking app to stay without security updates for so long. Jamuna Bank needs to look into this immediately."

It took great time & effort just to register in this ridiculous app. After 5 days of continuous effort finally I got myself in the homepage. Unfortunately most of the features are under construction. Though the OTP comes instantly but getting all e-mails very lately, often next day! The negative point of this app is that the name, logo or even the color misrepresent the bank itself. It's quiet dissimilar with the Bank's own logo or motto! Hopefully It's just a worst beginning. Rating could be 5*
