- Register and link the card for payment
- Find the nearest JET scooter
- Scan the QR code on the steering wheel, choose the tariff and start the trip

Make sure your phone has enough power for the entire trip. Follow the traffic rules. Do not forget about safety. Use a helmet if possible. Park the scooter so that it does not disturb anyone.

If you have any difficulties, write to us in messenger or e-mail. If something goes wrong, don't worry, we will definitely figure it out and help. Our goal is for you to come with us again and again.

You will often be unable to end the ride, and so get charged more. Their scooters don't have good location accuracy, so can't detect they're inside a "green" zone. Worse than the others.

Accidentally took wrong turn and had not enough time to come back. And considering the prices - taking a bus is 5 times cheaper. not worth it at all

The service and the app is a disaster. Scooter stops in the middle of ride with no explanation. You need to chase their support service to find out the reason - that always blame foreign bank however it s not the true reason. Happens the app doesn't allow you to finish ride correctly and afterwards you are being charged enormous amount for the time you have not actually used the service. Chase their support again, but situation still not resolved... Beware ⚠️
