About this app

This is the "ICOCA" app that can be used to ride trains and buses nationwide and pay for purchases.
You can use it by registering your WESTER ID and payment card (if you have a J-WEST card, you can use it immediately by logging in with the 12-digit WESTER ID printed on the card) (※1).

\Mobile ICOCA is so convenient/

① You can purchase commuter passes anywhere you like, so there's no need to line up at the station (※2).

② You can charge it anywhere, so it's okay even if your balance is low.

③ You can charge and use your accumulated WESTER points.

④ With a J-WEST card, you can earn up to 1.5% WESTER points (※3).

⑤ Just touch your locked smartphone to ride or shop (※4).

⑥ It can be issued for free, and there is no reissue fee in case of breakdown or loss.

⑦ If you need help, you can receive chat or phone support from the Mobile ICOCA Support Center.

※1: Membership registration on the web is required.

※2: Some commuter passes cannot be purchased.
*3: Points can be earned by charging or purchasing a commuter pass. 15 points per 1,000 yen (tax included). Up to 3% for gold cards. This is planned for the time being.
*4: Must be set as the main card.

[Compatible models] Android™ smartphones that meet the following two conditions.
-Android 10.0 or higher installed at the time of purchase (excluding some models)
-The latest version of the Osaifu-Keitai app installed
