MOSHIMO Card - SOYOGI is an emergency card for showing who you are and what you need, when you cannot explain it in words. For people who are hard of hearing, who find it difficult to speak, who freeze in strong anxiety or panic, who suddenly lose their words after a stroke, or who need to tell others something during a disaster. It is a tool to get through those moments when you cannot explain yourself, simply by showing your screen.
■ What you can note down
Name, blood type, conditions and disabilities, medicines you take, allergies, your regular hospital, things that are hard for you, requests to the people around you, emergency contacts, and a free text field. Keep the things that matter most on a single card. Every field is optional, so fill in only what you want.
■ Show it, in an emergency
Open the Show screen and your card appears in large text. To help people notice, you can choose to invert the colors, make the screen blink gently, or sound an alert (the blink is kept slow and mild, out of care for light sensitivity). You can also turn the screen sideways to show it larger. The screen stays on while you are showing it.
■ Call an emergency contact on the spot
Enter a phone number for an emergency contact and you can call it directly from a button, whether or not it includes hyphens or a country code.
■ Nothing is lost, even if you forget to save
Everything you type is saved automatically as you go. There is no save button to forget.
■ Comfortable everyday use
Choose from four calm themes (green, light blue, white, black) and quiet background music. Text size, sound, and the way the card is shown can all be adjusted. Even if you have set it to stay silent, you can still make a sound on the spot in an emergency.
■ Designed for peace of mind
Completely free, with no ads and no account. Everything you write is stored only on your device and nothing is ever sent anywhere. Your health information never leaves your phone. The app works fully offline, so it can be used where there is no signal or during a disaster. When you change phones, use export and import to carry everything over.
■ Alongside your everyday preparations
This can be used together with the paper cards used in your area. Paper cards can be hard to update and carry, but with this app you can keep your latest information in the smartphone you always have with you.
■ 12 languages
Japanese, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic (Arabic is shown right to left). It works while traveling, and for people who are not yet comfortable in the local language.
■ About this app
This is one of the free welfare apps developed by SOYOGI, a care and support consultation service. This app was built to be fully offline, anonymous, and usable anywhere. From Japan, a country of many disasters, in many languages, we hope it quietly reaches the people who need it. This app does not provide medical care or diagnosis. It is simply a tool to show and convey your important information when it matters most.
Emergency card to show your meds, allergies, contacts. Offline, 12 languages.
