App never works, no tech support at ALL. NOT 24/7 banking. This experience of not being able to check my online balance, to see if a check cleared, to see if a bill was auto paid, all of it, is making our family look for a new bank that actually provides customers with the services that the bank offers.

Great app but it needs finger print authorization to enter the app or Samsung pass. I wish I could also add my debit from this bank on acorn investing for round ups or Samsung pay or Google pay. I've actually considered switching banks that are allowing it. End of 2022 and still no finger print login, no support for Google, samsung pay, or curve. No support for any budget apps like mint and others. It's about time to switch to another bank that allows access to what most banks do.

Can't even check my balance after 9 pm due to "updates". Like, okay but why can't I check my balance? That's kind of important. And it's not just a one-off. This is NIGHTLY. I'd like to think the ability to check my balance should at LEAST be a priority, but clearly not. There are plenty of other banks that do what this one does WITHOUT the worry of whether or not I'll even be able to utilize the associated app, so I think that's what I'll be doing moving forward. Edit: It doesn't even load now
