Remote control of all Navien sleeping mat hot water and carbon models is now possible. We also support linking your Navien Mate account, so load the device you used on Mate and use it right away on Smart!
[Main features and services]
1. Boiler products
- A total of 4~5 operation modes are provided depending on the product (indoor heating / ondol heating / hot water only / going out / repeated heating reservation / 24-hour heating reservation)
- Warm heating and hot water when I want it! Repeat day of the week (weekly reservation for heating / weekly reservation for quick hot water)
- (Quick hot water) function that quickly raises the temperature of hot water in a short period of time
- The customer's quick hot water usage history is learned by AI, and the boiler starts preheating on its own on the same day and time. (Quick hot water smart operation)
- If a problem arises, leave it to the app first. We will assist with diagnosis with AI boiler before application. (Smart Diagnosis)
2. Deep sleep mat product (new product released in 2023)
- Custom control that fits your body by separately adjusting the left and right sides (double mat only)
- (Sleep mode) function that helps you sleep comfortably so that you do not wake up due to cold or heat.
- Whatever I want! (Personalized mode) allows you to create and use your own operating mode.
- Heats the mat more quickly to the set temperature. (fast heating)
- With the (Self-Ion Care) function, you can keep the hot water that warms your body cleaner!
