Awful and broken application. You can successfully link non-Kazakhstan bank card and it purchase 100 kzt, but it freezes when you try to purchase bus ticket with QR and don't allow to top up balance with linked card. Also you cannot enter Armenian number because real Armenian phone numbers have 1 less digit of what this application think.

I am trying to use this app as a tourist. I have downloaded it but cannot open the app on my phone. It just shows the loading sign. Tourists online have reported that the app doesn't accept foreign bank accounts, only local ones. So it's no use for tourists. The only way is to buy a physical card from the office where the queue is more than 1 hr.

There are many unfinished functions, and it lags a lot, the menu doesn't load, the buses don't load.
