Ratings and reviews

After the last update, the app is not working properly. An error occurs while trying to sell or buy precious metals

They released broken password restoration functionality and couldn't fix it already during more than 1 month. That's why I lost access to my money because I am abroad now and couldn't visit office. And they don't provide any other way to restore password online. Update: They don't provide this functionality for non-resident of Kazakhstan. I have to buy flight(800 euro) + book hotel and spend significant amount of time. Definitely don't recommend bank to anyone.

With recent update the app stopped functioning correctly. If I go into my accounts connected to milti-currency card it says "error, the product is not a card". Also an attempt to get my card's information results in endless loading screen. I'm afraid that soon I won't be able to use this app and bank

What’s new

- SWIFT transfer tracking via the GPI tracker has been added
- Card statements are now available for the past year
- A tax debt check before opening a deposit, with an option to proceed to payment, has been added
