The app itself works, unfortunately no English translation so it can be very difficult to use if you're a foreigner who can't speak Russian or Kazakh. Since it is used almost everywhere, I have to use this bank and app until another company offers competition and an English interface. Also google translate can't help since the app does not allow screenshots. This means I can't even take a screenshot to see if there is a setting to change this problem.

(Update 2024) Very useful, a Kaspi account and this app are probably one of the first thing you should get when you have plans to stay at Kazakhstan for a long, I still wish the app had an English version because it makes using the app harder for international users like me. For example a friend said the app lets you transfer money internationally to another account but I cannot figure it out. There is an option to reset password when you forget it with the app too but I cannot find it either.
