Ratings and reviews

overall it's decent however, I would say it's overpriced. on the plus side, it's great for quick study sessions, I like features where I can look up individual words and highlight features, and it's structured around your learning objective ie work, making friends, travel etc. That being said, it's a glorified AI model and customer support is non existent. I was disappointed that a real person wouldn't answer my simple question. Also could be refined to explain grammar, especially conjugations.

I was having a great experience but suddenly the app chat stopped working I used to chat with poppy to learn different things but it's not responding now I don't want to lose my progress please fix it as fast as you can I want to continue it's not working since last upgrade I did I want to chat with it again.......

Flashcard piles I never touched again used to kill my momentum. Regenerative Review actually fixes that by folding saved words back into new reading instead of grinding decks. Poppy's great for quick particle questions, no streak-guilt either. UI is thoughtful, almost feels like I built it myself (pink theme's grown on me). Wish there was a webapp. Recommended if you're past beginner.
