Lost faith in this organization. I had signed up online (on the web). Then decided to download the app. But surprise! My username and password just gets me cannot login, check your information. So as a double check, I logged out of the web app/page and logged back in. I did this 3 times, shutting down the browser between log offs and log ons. Guess what, I never had an issue with the web app. I even tried to log into the phone app, while I was not logged in on the web, just in case. Alas after 10 frustrating minutes, I deleted the app. Now I'm seeing all the other complaints about logging on, in the reviews.

Update 09/2026 - app is easy to use and understand except for some quirky thing regarding streak that I'm noticing lately. It seems like the streak is not following time zone. I did a couple of journey and task today 9/8/26 but when you go to your calendar, it is showing those completed task on 9/9/2026 and that I miss today. Really odd. Update: 2019 - app has definitely improved so much since 2016. Ease of use and connectivity to social media is great.

Been a Global Citizen member for years. Decided to finally download the app. I'm happy I did. Works well for me. Haven't run into any glitches. I like being a part of something that is positive and creates change for the better. Thank you Global Citizen.
