Lost faith in this organization. I had signed up online (on the web). Then decided to download the app. But surprise! My username and password just gets me cannot login, check your information. So as a double check, I logged out of the web app/page and logged back in. I did this 3 times, shutting down the browser between log offs and log ons. Guess what, I never had an issue with the web app. I even tried to log into the phone app, while I was not logged in on the web, just in case. Alas after 10 frustrating minutes, I deleted the app. Now I'm seeing all the other complaints about logging on, in the reviews.

The app itself is good, and definitely helps me make a difference in my daily life. In terms of review, the UI and interface could be better. I'd like a place to see all my ongoing journeys and sprints; I get notified about forgetting a journey but when I click on it it doesn't pull open that journey. There's also a recent 302 error being found that is stopping me from completing actions.

Runs smoothly 👍 very educational too💯😁 only issue I have is that there are no rewards to redeem collected points...🤔💭💭 Either way I'm still going to continue using the app to sign petitions, send emails, and learn something new.💯😉 I have not tried making any calls yet. Oh btw no contacts come up on the call list to call. Maybe it's a bug🤔 Other than those two issues the app is really good. 😉 It makes finding ways to help super easy and fast.😊 Highly recommend. 🤔😊
