After first time cannot login with Smart ID anymore - the app for some reason (without any explanation) asks me to create another "quick activation" and enter another pin code, if I don't do that, I just cannot login. The menu has no option to pay for services ( e.g. to mobile provider), cannot find any help on how to use the app. I like their online banking on PC, so it's strange the Android version is so bad.

This app is only useful for checking balance. It's like somebody took a website from early 2000 and made it into this app. What the point of having it, if you need to enter credentials on every step? If you switch apps to copy and paste something, it will reset and you will need to do it again. There is no way fixing this app, you need to start from scratch, look at others like Swedbank or Revolut. Their apps are easier to use and more reliable.You will lose a lot of clients if you won't change
