Ratings and reviews

I was traveling, and they blocked my card pin. I sent an email because on the app, it says, either use email or call to unblock pin. However, they got back to me saying email is not ok. Only calling is valid for unblocking the pin. Even though my email is registered with the paysera app!!! I also had problems paying online , payment failing, and no idea what the reason was. It's very annoying, and to be honest, it feels like in last century using this card and app!

In the binging I used to like the app very much ! Now days I am facing terrible experience with it. Little amounts keep on vanishing from my account, also today. The first disappeared amount was like more than 2 months now, I contacted the CS multiple times and all the are saying is that they can't see "those" transactions. All the transactions are made via PayPal and the problem is not with them, because I also contacted them and they said that the transactions are made to my Paysera account !

Why this garbage even on Google play? It does not work at all, not possible to Identity, endless times. After every submition it doesnt save up and you need to do over and over without any success. Piece of s
