SPARK is an electric car-sharing app for your affordable and eco-friendly travels in the EU cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.

We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your trip in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the affordable cost.

I was prompted to renew my driver's license behind it had expired which I did, however when trying to reserve a car, I get an error message that I need to have as a minimum 1 year of driving experience (which I obviously have). Called the support where a gentleman kindly informed me that my documents had to be checked internally, however that would take several working days... Absolutely insane. They've really dropped the ball and are going only downhill judging by the other comments, to boot

That's the best app for renting a car I use it more thing in Sofia and there is so many options you can select there is a weekly plan which you can use the car whatever you want with the daily basis of 90 me notice driving which is enough to go to work and back to your home whatever you are in Sofia. You can also rent a car for the time you need it just 10 15 minutes and then you can leave it and pay only for that time.

Spark will refuse to open account if you are a citizen of a foreign European country. Spark also take a registration fee and after document refusal I did not receive a fee back even after a direct request. Do not recommend to have any business with this company.
