About this app

SPARK is an electric car-sharing app for your affordable and eco-friendly travels in the EU cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.

We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your trip in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the affordable cost.

Here’s how it works:

• Register – your driving licence and payment card are required.
• Find a car, reserve it and unlock via app.
• Pay for a time and distance – parking, charging, insurance and maintenance are included in the price.
• Select Long term offers – get discounts and free kilometres for your longer trips.
• Earn eGO loyalty points for travelling with SPARK and redeem them for special rewards.
• Get Membership plan and receive special benefits.

Ratings and reviews

The car parking UX needs major improvement. It's often unclear where I am allowed to end my trip and park, leading to confusion and frustration. This needs to be much clearer within the app. After paying almost 50Eur for leaving a car in a place where I couldn't finish the trip, I received an additional fine of 50Eur for leaving a car in a place i couldn't finish the trip. Be careful using this app.

I'm giving it one start just because of this whole lengthy identity approval process - Bolt Drive or Citybee is instant but Spark allows themselves to take 1-2 business days to verify my identity. For an existing user that has already had identity approved before on your app! Completely outrageous and unacceptable. Once again, I'll have to choose other car sharing provider, since when I need the car, I can't use Spark.

terrible app, doesn't unclock the car when you are next to it. doesn't show most of the cars in the center of Sofia
