Ratings and reviews

This payment system is garbage. It says it "can" take the missing remainder of the full sum for a ticket directly from your bank account, but I've tried *3* different cards and it just popped up the top up screen where the minimum is 3.00€. The only reason why I use this app is because of easy it is to reserve a seat in buss, but this annoys me to no end. The biggest problem is that this used to work, I think not even a year ago. It's so frustrating, fix this, please.

Absolute garbage. Useless app. The plate registration screen just keeps appearing every time I hit ok. Also, don't bother trying to contact their help number, it doesn't work either. Finally, the option for English still gives all the corresponding information in Latvian, so, well done.

This app is absolutely dodgy! A year ago I had €5 in my account, and now it’s zero! Then I wanted to top up my account with €10. The transaction failed. I tried again — failed. Tried a third time — failed again. But when I checked my bank, they had charged me €30! 😬
