This payment system is garbage. It says it "can" take the missing remainder of the full sum for a ticket directly from your bank account, but I've tried *3* different cards and it just popped up the top up screen where the minimum is 3.00€. The only reason why I use this app is because of easy it is to reserve a seat in buss, but this annoys me to no end. The biggest problem is that this used to work, I think not even a year ago. It's so frustrating, fix this, please.

Hello! Yes, some time ago the payment conditions were changed and we take the missing amount directly from the bank card if the missing amount is at least 3eur. If it is less, you need to top up the Mobilly wallet manually and then make the purchase.

Useless, since before adding money to your account, you have to enter your "Personal ID", which can't be entered in the correct format. Not that I would enter my ID number to some random app for no reason anyway.

Hello! We understand your concerns. As we are a financial institution licensed by the Bank of Latvia, we must comply with the requirements of the law, which requires user authentication, including specifying a personal ID. Can you please, specify what exactly failed when you tried to enter your personal ID data?

it so bad i came to update the review second time. now they are stealing money. they had the nice option for reminder that the payment is active. and now every time they do that they take money. nice stealing.
