This payment system is garbage. It says it "can" take the missing remainder of the full sum for a ticket directly from your bank account, but I've tried *3* different cards and it just popped up the top up screen where the minimum is 3.00€. The only reason why I use this app is because of easy it is to reserve a seat in buss, but this annoys me to no end. The biggest problem is that this used to work, I think not even a year ago. It's so frustrating, fix this, please.

Hello! Yes, some time ago the payment conditions were changed and we take the missing amount directly from the bank card if the missing amount is at least 3eur. If it is less, you need to top up the Mobilly wallet manually and then make the purchase.

EDIT: Updated my review, because Mobilly called me, apologised, and offered a solution. Very impressed with customer service and that they care about their customers. It was an IT issue they had, which is now fixed. Old review (shortened): The app took 40 EUR and stopped working. I wanted to top up 30 and buy the monthly ticket, but it would not allow to top up by 30, only 10 EUR increments. It ended up taking 40 EUR altogether and stopped working, so I was unable to buy tickets.

Unacceptable billing for basic features. Charging for push notifications is a major dealbreaker and highly disappointing. It is unreasonable to be charged for notification alerts on top of the parking fees already paid. For example, paying for 3 hours of parking should not result in additional individual charges for 30-minute reminders. This is a poor user experience and a very questionable business practice. I recommend looking for alternatives if you want to avoid unnecessary micro-trans
