Ratings and reviews

Seems like only Wi-Fi works for results these days. Mobile data keeps saying error downloading results, as soon as you turn on Wi-Fi boom instant results. This defeats the whole Mobile App purpose. At this rate were I have to keep using my browser to get the results I will be uninstalling as no one even respond to the reviews, a lot of people looking to buy tickets and don't even know there is another app to buy cashpot and money time,because no replies to the reviews. Get it together.

Was reallly hoping it would be a great experience in playing electronically. But as soon as I start to resisgter there's a problem with uploading I.D. now I'm just gonna delete this app and continue to go back to the retail store cause my Hope's went up for nothing ... FYI when creating a app have your employees test it out every 2-3 months to prevent failure.

Only problem I have is that I can't use the app to upload ID or profile pic, I have to use the Google Chrome browser for that then I go back to the app. I also can't give a 5 start until I get the money that I transferred to my account NCB account. One more thing I don't see the option to check most of my gaming history, I only see history for cash pot.
