Since the latest update, I can't even access my account anymore. The app became completely buggy. Nothing works properly. It keeps freezing or showing errors, and the login system is a nightmare. Everything feels more complicated than before, and it's frustrating when you need quick access to your documents. For an app that's supposed to simplify things, it's doing the exact opposite.

All Moroccan users are experiencing issues with the Mon E-id app. Many phones do not support NFC, and even if the app is installed, it often does not function properly. Moreover, adopting this method as the only way to log in creates unnecessary limitations. It could have been introduced as an optional login method instead. Digital transformation is a gradual process, not something that happens all at once.

Every time I want to connect, the app forces me to scan my ID card again and again even for simple actions. To make it worse, the service is often unavailable, so I end up wasting a lot of time scanning my ID multiple times with no result. This process is excessive, frustrating, and completely unnecessary.
