This is a rip off. It enforces an additional 15 cent cost for each session start or stop. The 4411 website offers the text message as an option, albeit opt-out, which is also terrible. The app is also badly designed and thus unfriendly to use.
Where do I even start? To log in, you need a new password every time which is messaged to you - at a cost of 25 cents. EVERY TIME! Once logged in the user interface is absolutely rubbish to navigate. It's not clear how payments are collected let alone how the app even works. Every month you'll receive a message telling you to pay - ofcourse at a 25 cents cost. This payment can only be done through their website where... Surprise surprise... You need another password to log in. Whoever wrote this app clearly didn't think it through. Waste of time and money.
This app changes you for additional 15 cent every month!!! You are obliged to pay for receiving a notification sms from 4411. To cancel it, you need to send C1 to 4411 and pay again 15 cent + another 15 cent for additional notification from them 😨 So, I bought one de lijn ticket for 1.80€ and paid 2.25€ at the end. Be aware! If you want to buy just one ticket of de lijn, it doesn't worse it. BTW you will receive the invoce with 1.80€ by email so no need to have any sms notification at all. It is just additional unnecessary cost
Waarom zijn er transactie kosten?en wrm is de app nie gebruik vriendelijk? Zo als vb twee autos kunnen toevoegen hoeft nie eens te loggen wachtwoord onthoud systeem en als ja wachtwoord zijt vergeten krijg je het op je email zou toch best zijn
