I subscribed to this app several months ago. I wasn't having any problems with withdrawals in the beginning but it's been 3 months and I have 10 withdrawals that say they're processing. I've had to reconfirm several of them and they are still processing. I have tried to contact support but I haven't gotten a response even though I sent several messages. I'm starting to think this is a total scam. No tickets are being generated.......3 weeks later and still no resolution. Don't waste your money

I use a few of their apps, CT pool and telegram browser, they work perfectly. I hook up my NC wallet and when I initiate the transfer they go through immediately, but for some reason any withdrawals from this app browser specifically, can take two weeks or more, multiple reconfirmations, until it finally goes through. I like the app, but if the others go through almost instantly when I check my wallet, but this one takes weeks AND I have to manually confirm multiple x's, it needs to be fixed

The whole idea of this app works great like they wanted it to. But getting your money that you mined is ridiculous. I've been waiting for almost 2 months now to get my money withdrawn. But it keeps telling me to reprocess it and check my account due to fraud. How can it be due to fraud when I haven't changed nothing, and also have an authentication code app for it. They need to fix this issue quick.
