If I could give this an app a 0 I would. I was just told by the customer service representative, after them asking if a message could be relayed, that none of my message would be relayed to my trusted provider. Instead of just relaying the message the customer care team took it into their own hands to deny my request. I chose their provider as my primary care for psychology. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT LEGITIMATE HELP. IT IS A FRAUD.

This app has been very useful and helpful to me whenever I need someone to talk to about my thoughts and feelings. I get helpful advice and a new way of thinking that helps me understand my struggles and myself more clearly. The service I get from the councilors and psycologists are great.

For the most part the app work fine, the only problem is that the buttons to schedule an appointment and the talknow feature do not work. You will have to go the website do them, but you will be able see the appointment through the app.
