FitBook Studio is your club's dashboard on your phone. Schedule, client check-in, memberships, and sales—without having to return to your computer.
CALENDAR AND SCHEDULE
View the entire day: who's coming, for what, and with which trainer. Confirm pending appointments with a single touch, and reschedule appointments on-site.
CHECK-IN AND ATTENDANCE
Scan the client's code at the entrance or confirm attendance manually. Membership is only released here, never at the time of booking—this means rescheduling your appointment is free. You can record absences separately, and you decide whether the appointment is forfeited.
CUSTOMER RECORD
Appointment history, membership status, balance, and notes all in one place. During your child's visit, you can see who's actually coming to the gym, who to call, and any health concerns they have.
MUNICIPALITY AND SALES
Sell memberships at the counter, accept payment, and issue vouchers. You can see the daily earnings and whose season tickets are expiring.
ATHLET CARDS
For sports clubs: medical examinations, licenses, insurance, and ranks. The app shows what expires in the coming weeks—before the athlete faces the start with an invalid medical examination.
MINOR PROTECTION
A module for obligations under the Act of July 28, 2023: protection standards, staff verification in registers, and the registration register. You can immediately see what is missing for compliance.

The app is an add-on to your FitBook account for the studio—you log in with the same details as in the desktop panel.
