Very poor app some time not opening now money app and very slowly sending money I choose but we can check very difficult app worsted app

A very bad experience to use this bank provider! I lost my ATM card and I card replacement since Monday, and they said it will take time 7 days working time. And I keep waiting for 7 days and finally the time it's coming 7 days still my card not coming on Tuesday 16 July I call the customer service it took 8 minutes to get the call with the customer service, and they will said it will come by today 17 july morning or afternoon. Then today 17 completely 7 days they said tomorrow again
