I cannot use the app in my new phone🙄 i need to go to my old phone to use this app everytime that i want to check my transaction. Please help me to fix this matter it too much hassle if i need to use my old phone.

First, I downloaded it, and after that, when I tried to enter my mobile number, I couldn't put it in. Then I deleted it. After a week, I reinstalled it. When I installed it, it asked me to provide an ID, and when I gave the ID, it just exited automatically. This is a completely useless application. You haven't properly designed your application. How can I trust you to open an account with this?

I have account in now money recently I changed the mobile and install the app but I can't login in new mobile even I enter correct data there showing error
