Submitted multiple but findings but looks like there isn't anyone currently working on improving their software. One of the biggest issues we encountered was that a status change on an appointment does not trigger zapier, we need to update the appointment and save which then sends a appointment change email to the client. Software support is not good. Its a bumper because so many capabilities of this app.

Great if you are just getting started but that is where it ends. The inability to easily change up line items without a paywall, plus the charge for invoicing is bad considering the yearly cost, the lack of multiple credit processing sources is also bad, fees for sending notification emails which can easily be automated through other sources free and a plethora of other fee option. This is compared to other Apps availible that are the same price but have all the options without an extra fee.

My girlfriend and I started our own dance studio and looked through countless of booking systems. Simplybook was perfect for us!! Incredible customer service and the features are absolutely amazing. This booking system even gives you your own customizable application!! However, it does take a few days to understand how to use it, but if you ever need help there is always a live agent who is incredibly helpful. Currently, we had around 500 clients use our booking system with no issues.
