Tired of swiping through profiles miles away? Wave & Vibe helps you meet people who are right there with you — in the exact same café, party, or room.
How it works:
1️⃣ Open the app, and your phone quietly looks for other users nearby (~30 meters).
2️⃣ See someone interesting in the room? Tap «Wave».
3️⃣ If they wave back, it’s a match! You both get each other's contact info instantly to break the ice.

⚙️ How the tech works (Requirements):
Both devices need Bluetooth and Wi-Fi switched on.
You do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
Zero mobile data is used. The two phones connect securely and directly to each other peer-to-peer (P2P).

What’s new
Vibes now land reliably. Waves reach the other person even when your phones aren't
already connected, and a wave that can't go out straight away is retried instead of
quietly disappearing.
• Waves survive restarting the app
• Blocking now asks first, and sits well clear of "Wave back"
• The nearby list no longer flickers or reshuffles
• Sheets and menus are no longer see-through
• Full-screen look with no grey bar at the top
