I lost everything. I kept getting notices of viruses and told to download a virus cleaner. I had to unload and restart multiple times. my apps are now all screwed up, and some are gone. I had the obituaries of my parents that I looked at daily, and they are now gone. Thanks a lot. Also, now, every time I hit messages or other apps, there is an ad for Norton.

The absolute worst app I have ever used. I was bombarded with ads saying I had 75 viruses on my phone. Anyone thinking of adding this message app, think again, your phone will never be the same.

the whole setup was changed on my phone without me being informed. do not like it, most definitely not happy with it and did not authorize it. honesty the new set up is and water. want my old layout back. at&t will be hearing about this.
