idk why, I can't collect my Daily points and it shows 0 point. it's been 2 days. It shows "sorry service is not available". I researched the issues and it said to close my VPN. But I didn't even connect to VPN. I tried many ways like clear cache, uninstall and reinstall, it didn't work. and I tried to connect to the support team but it didn't work in the app either. how can I fix it.

i have a bug in my mtp4u.my mpt4u app is showing 1gb data pack and when i use it instead of using that pack they use my cash for calling. i dont know why but i check the data pack name and it 1Gb=999 kyats not other packs like mlbb pack and other game pack just a data pack for youtube,facebook and other. please fix it im dissapointing

entering the app costs you money. it takes so much time and so hard to enter. when you enter, your money is already taken and not enough to buy purchases you want.
