Cancelled order without any notice (only through the apps. if you don't have the stock, you need to update your apps regularly. The apps didn't mention anything about my used point refund as well. I just set my bank account to process the refund, the apps have 2 factor authentification and told me to send code through whatsapp, but i did not receive anything from my whatsapp (but through sms). Not recommend to transact through this apps, the developer not really serious maintaining this apps

this app is basically useless if you buy your furniture directly through the shop at their outlet, their customer services are slow and sucks, I can't see when the delivery and the installation services gonna come to my house because it doesn't show up in the app (this is my first purchase and I'm bound to stay at my home for 2 DAYS waiting for ANY information for a furniture that I've already fully payed) it's so frustrating! I can't even see the e-receipt on the app 😠
