Worst app. Disappointing. The quality was very cheap for the few products i ordered. And they don't accept returns if its opened. If you didn't open the product, how come you know about the quality??? Its not been used. Its just opened from the box they gave. Even they didn't verify it. They just mailed back that they cant receive. My whole amount was lost. Wasted by trusting this app. My previous order waz good, so i purchased many items this time. And was fooled.

It's my number one online shopping app for clothes. However am a bit disappointed that even though am a frequent customer, I still cannot get free returns even if just to change the size which makes me think twice about buying and most of the times prevents me from buying more stuff. Other than that it's an excellent app and delivery is super fast.
